You don't need to hijacked a dude being murdered by police to go after terry stops and use it as a proxy for that.

Also there were a bunch of protests and just one day of riots. How can you separate what may or may not have caused charges to be filed?
Answer: because you're finding the answer you're looking for instead of being rational. it COULD have been the riots. Or it could have been the protests. Or it could just have been that an autosopy and a thorough investigation take weeks (much longer than the knee-jerk conclusion you and Saz reached).
