How many blacks have been killed by other blacks nation wide since F. Grey , and went unreported outside the local area?

The curfew will be lifted when the local government thinks that people are done looting and burning the city. Here's something pretty ironic. The City of Baltimore rages and riots over a low life, drug dealing, convict getting his spine broken in police custody. During these riots a couple hundred violate the laws, getting arrested, ruining their chances for good jobs in the future. In addition, they burn down local businesses that the very people they proclaim to want to help shop and work at.
So to recap, they added to the probation officers roles, gave the city some additional fines, ruined more lives, made unemployment higher in their community and made people go father to shop. Man, is that ever a WIN.
