The sad thing is you guys claim soccer doesn't require many skills, yet you could take any professional player of all major sports in the United States and they will suck at soccer. Guaranteed.

Its by and large the most dynamic sport on the planet and will do more for you as an athlete than any other sport out there. Its actually sad you guys still believe the things you say.

There's still hope for you I guess.

I think soccer is a wonderful exercise. I have a hard time doing cardio because it's boring, so soccer is the perfect way to compliment my large gains in the bicep/shoulders region of my upper torso.

I would put soccer up there with CrossFit® in terms of cardiovascular development. It really does take quite a lot of energy to run after a ball. I personally am quite good at it, obviously, and one of the best parts of adding this to your off-day workout routine is that you can meet new people and then rip them off.
