Uni is merely the first step. Your perception will change dramatically once you get a few real years under your belt. Grad school was the center of my universe when I was there, but now is actually just a small part of my life. I don't remember the last time where my degrees are from came up in my job. Was a big deal my first five years out, but slowly faded into the distance once I proved myself with real work.
