I think he's saying (and I would agree) that the average Belgian beer you find at any bar is better than the average bars beers you find in the U.S., and unwound agree. But overall the U.S. Makes the total best variety and taste of beer. If you had a bar with the best American beers vs a bar with the best Belgian beer the American one would be superior.

Allot of liberals think Europe is utopia, and so far advanced than the US, meh no so much. I've seen old people begging on the streets, strung out junkies, and urban blight. I could go to LA and see the same shit. For the most part, customer service sucks ass in Europe. Everyone raves how great the transit system is, and for the most part it's pretty handy, but what works over there, won't work over here with the exception of east and west coast. Their education system is better than ours.
As for culture goes, big f**k deal. Ya, they had the Renaissance, so what. There's nothing more hilarious than listening to German kids try to talk like rappers.
