last season i was drawn in more each episode. this season, i've been scoffing at the characters. vince vaughn talking 10 minutes about being eaten by a rat. f**k a this show. most of it is just about setting up how tortured the people are working on the case, instead of talking about the actual case. i don't give a f**k that colin ferrel isn't the father of his son but some ginger rapist is, or that he killed the rapist, or that he drinks. i don't care that the girl has daddy/authority issues. i don't care that the other guy is closeted gay and torturing himself over it. why not, instead of all that, just talk about the case. but hopefully ferrel is dead, then, i won't have to listen to it anymore. tbf the acting is fine, iu think it's the writing that has gone to shit. after one season. and the worst part? it had the ability to be fresh and awesome and "new show" like forever. it could introduce new characters all the time and still have an interesting show about solving crimes. but no, had to take what should have took all season setting up for backstory on these people and shove it in the front, forgetting about the case. i dunno what other filler they'll be adding. christ
