Anti-Homeless Spikes

Sigmund Freud defined four parts of a psyche; the id, the ego, the superego and the stratego. The Stratego being the highest form of morality and scientific thinking.
If guns are not outlawed, the in-laws will have guns.

Ya, actually doing something to help address the homeless population would seem like a step in the right direction.

Ever talk to somebody that's off their meds and is likely a 5150? You find a solution to their homelessness and cities the world over will request your assistance.
Those spikes...they scream "not my problem." You own a business in a city that's apparently affected by homelessness. Persuade or improve the chances of the homeless getting off the street and into meaningful employment and you run the chance of attracting more customers as well as good will throughout your community. Those spikes represent how contemporary society has become more individualistic in a narcissistic sense. There was once a time when conservatives and liberals volunteers to help the poor, the indigent, and the sick to support their cause either through lobbying for government assistance or by demonstrating an individual's sense of responsibility to their community by volunteering. Neither seems prevalent anymore and the homeless are now an entirely disenfranchised segment of society. Be it because they are suffering from a mental illness, poor, or a combination thereof.

Homelessness, its just part of the evolution of humanity. Its will probably get a lot worse before it gets better.
The hardest part of doing nothing is knowing when your done.

homelessness is a problem mostly in places where they have large amounts of services for homeless people. like san fran. denver is infested as well.
on the other hand here news crews have followed "homeless" people back to their cars and houses after a day of begging because it's too cold to be actually homeless
ya ya ya that's what we call a joke you f**k. yes i know there are some actual homeless people (although there are also fake homeless here). no i don't give them booze money and neither should you
i agree with stratego. he's saying that helping them spend the night homeless isn't true compassion. true compassion would be helping them not be homeless.
