Unions are going to become weaker as companies realize that pampering employees is a marketing strategy, not an altruistic liberal fvckup. Just had the local union try to takeover my workplace on completely trumped up management corruption charges, and they ended up getting voted down 2-1.
I've never been anti-union, but the reasons people are getting screwed aren't as simple as they used to be.
