Who Can You Be Racist To?

Why is it that in the US, it's generally more acceptable to make fun of Canadians than Mexicans? Why are people less up in arms about poking fun of French compared to Africans, or poking fun of whites compared to blacks?

Is it because the people who are offended (but not equally offended) are RACISTS!!!???? Is being offended by some racist jokes the modern equivalent of RACISM or possibly SAVIOR COMPLEX!!??

They might not be offended by Canadian jokes because they see Canadians as being equal to us. But they are offended by Mexican jokes because they do not see Mexicans as being equal to us and therefore need defending and outrage over. Are they more offended by black jokes than French jokes because they're RACIST against black people, and their discomfort over the jokes is a display of micro-aggression?

Well, the best way to get along in our almost anything probably offends someone PC world, is just try to offend everyone equally. Or be like me and not really care.

People profile other groups of people. We all do it. Some just to a greater degree then others. Its not necessarily a bad thing, as long as don't go to extreme, which would make it racist.
