A mother who bought £300 worth of cocaine as a birthday present for her daughter’s 18th has been spared jail.
The 37-year-old – who is also a grandmother – admitted that she was planning to take the cocaine with her college student daughter on a night of wild celebrations in London.

So this mother wanted to give her daughter hard drugs. Her daughter, who is attending college, has all her life ahead of her, is studying and has the potential to make a success of her life. Her mother wanted to risk her daughter losing all of that and even her life, by getting her hooked on hard drugs? Does she not realize that for so many people it's one hit and they are hooked? She should be severely punished for this.

I thought about going back to college and getting a degree in drug abuse.
