This forum is dying

So, I think its safe to say that a lot of people have left and we aren't getting any new members to fill in the void. There's literally like the same 7 people, its more of a glorified group chat now.

We might have more people than before, but 90% of them aren't even posting anymore or have left.

The bots are doing us a service - actually getting us back to discussing politics.

You guys all have your f**k theories of why we can't gain or keep members but you're overcomplicating it. People who find this forum are looking for political discussion yet everyone is arguing Mac vs PC or the pros/cons of cargo shorts, etc.

Yeah, you've whined repeatedly about me being the problem with this place before and Galt deleted your personal insults the last time you did. What do you hope to accomplish with bitchy threads like these?

This isn't a bitchy thread, its simply pointing out the obvious. We have dropped in numbers, a majority of our frequent posters have left for a number of reasons and its not the place it used to be after the flood of bots and the new "posters" that you always talk to in the welcome and introduce yourself thread.

The only people who have been active on this forum in the last few months have been you, saz, exploited, comrade, eynon, spider, myself, lnrw, indy and medius. Even Galt, NAB and Winchester aren't on as much despite their mod status. The rest are bots who aren't even posting legitimate threads or following forum rules, the reason nothing is done about it is because nobody else is posting new topics or engaging in debate.

We just need to face it, a lot have left, and the few of us who are staying are because we have all been debating together for 7-10+ years now. It used to be a community, its not anymore. Either something is done (which I don't see what could be done), or we all part ways and go elsewhere.
