Ok, I know what I don't like about them now: Those Clarks are too high for me relative to the rest of the form factor. Example:

these are really nice. i used to own a pair almost identical to them.
without knowing your style of sneaker it's harder to get into more risky recommendations, but i think these are a good place to start from.

Yeah, let's just post what's good for the consumer and include the price as an afterthought for now. Those clarks weren't that expensive and the pair Keen's that I was going to get are $100.
