i mean, western civilization is in absurdly good shape these days man. russia has fallen off a cliff. china is finally dealing with the ramifications of unchecked an unregulated growth, which will set them back a decade at least because they have no freaking clue how to handle anything other than exponential growth. and that's about it. there's no other contenders not firmly aligned with the west. the idea of the collapse of western civilization is literally laughable.
