Okay, then they can "incorporate" their US company overseas to avoid paying taxes, then pay a TARIFF to have access to our market.

nah. just have CFO's certify to the profits earned and that the taxes they remitted are x% of said profits. shelters go kapoot.

Finance has always found ways to avoid paying. Government has always reacted when it gets bad enough. Rinse and repeat.
The solution, Saz, isn't to bend over. It's to play the game. This constant evolutionary pressure is what keeps finance moving.
Allowing businesses to hostage whole governments without even trying is exactly what got us into this mess in the first place.
