Yeah I like the squashed guitar a lot. Also probably has to do with some stuff I was going through at the time and how that song pushed me to be determined and focused. The lyrics and beats both feel like the embodiment of determination to me so I thought they complimented each other perfectly. And the Raekwon verse was perfect for the end of the song too, with the way they changed the beat up. That's one thing I love about Kanye as a producer. Most will be content to just have a hot beat and let it ride for the song. Kanye can have the most fire beat of the year and he'll still break it down and change it up through the song.
