I know...but compared to the urban areas....well actually it doesn't compare.
Plus, with people living out in the sticks you've got a stratification of homelessness. A lot of old dudes are out living in old RV's and vans, or they've got a shack somewhere, and access to some sort of supply. Are they really as homeless as the guy sleeping in the doorway of the local breakfast joint?
