I'd say he's very similar to her, in that both have manufactured personas and both change their positions as the wind blows. But then in most other ways they are quite different.

I'm not defending Hillary, I'm just asking why.

Because I'm not sure having a bellicose jackass as the POTUS is going to serve us in the end. One with no governing experience and who has crazy ideas like his obsession with building a Game of Thrones-style wall along the Mexican border. Or his adolescent-like habit of never leaving any slight not go past without retaliating. That's all fine when you run your own company or your own TV show but we need an adult in the White House--not somebody who's even more impulsive than Dubya.

Whatever we all hate about Hillary, she's got a ton of experience and if there's one thing I'm not concerned about, it's her competence.

Trump has bragged about how he would put Sarah Palin (!!!) in a key cabinet position.

If I were Hillary I'd eventually add Bernie as VP and that should just about do it.

What makes you think Sanders wants to be Vice President in a Clinton administration? Her love affair with corporate America is antithetical to everything he's about.

A Trump/Palin ticket would be a good thing for America. It would cause the country to swing way left for a half-century. You have to break some eggs to make an omelette, Indy, and the Office of the Presidency and Vice Presidency are some decent sized eggs.

Also, Hillary Clinton is not especially competent. Her post as Secretary of State was a disaster. The only good stuff she did, she opposed the entire time.

I'm not saying he does. I'm saying when she gains an insurmountable lead that's going to be his only option--if she even offers it to him.

He would do what McCain thought he was getting with Palin--bring in the left "base."

This is why our entire political system needs to be overhauled. We're down to two choices: Hillary or Trump (and you'd better hope it's Trump, or else it's Carson).

And I think you just hinted at the root cause: corporate America.
