I think the whole Benghazi thing and the absurdity of it was crystallized when Jeb Bush went on TV complaining about how Hillary should be held accountable for it and the questioner t-boned him by asking "So then why isn't your brother to blame for 9/11?"

Um, er, um, er... Benghazi!

And as you know there weren't eight investigations into 9/11 stretching out for years, and Dubya wasn't forced to testify under oath on live TV, twice, with the second time being for 11 hours.

That is my understanding as well. I wonder how hard the FBI or Justice looked for the MISSING 11,000,000 emails from the Bush White House--in particular those concurrent with outing a CIA operative by Cheney and his minion Scooter Libby? And then again the voluminous MISSING emails around the FIRING of the federal prosecutors for political payback and 'not playing ball' orchestrated by KARL ROVE.

One was a 48 hour story. Hillary's missing emails have sucked up air time for about 5 months so far.

It did and it does. However, that doesn't fit a conspiracy narrative about what there 'MIGHT HAVE BEEN' or 'PROBABLY WAS'. We've had 3-5 months of this garbage, god only knows how many hundreds of thousands of dollars (or millions) spent and we have 2 SUSPECT EMAILS. 2 emails that FOX and the RIGHT went into hyperspin over and it turns out to be nothing. Maybe they'll find more and the RIGHT can start spinning again. But won't stop them from MAKING SOMETHING UP.

Duly noted. But if there isn't any there there, then there's nothing to NAIL her with. I see the GOP flailing about with 2 men they DON'T want in the lead against
a woman they hate who is in the lead. Both GOP candidates on the 'leader board' are wholly incompetent to be president. I don't want my brain surgeon to be a politician nor my president to be a brain surgeon. Maybe my Senator or Congressman but not my president. As for Trump.
