They equal out to thousands of dollars for a family per year. Given the average family income, they are indeed massive.

If you can't feed them, don't breed them. That's planned parenthood. Actually, there is a whole segment of society that's subsidized, and that segment is getting larger all the time.
The hardest part of doing nothing is knowing when your done.
