Well...not exactly napalm but there are claims that the military dropped incendiaries during the Tulsa Riot. Not exactly backed up historically, but I've been told it was the earliest aerial bombardment on American soil if true.
As for people trying to pump race into this thing for some ideological reason or other...probably should be pointed out that a building in the middle of nowhere full of nuts who pose no threat to anyone isn't even remotely comparable to the realities of population centers.
