Couple of things I heard and read concerning some of the conspiracy related opinions concerning his death.
No marshalls because he declined protection
the timeframe issues and lack of communication were due to him being in a very remote location. Like very poor cell connections and the nearest coroner being literally hours away. I've been to that part of Texas and its f**k spread out. That's why people go there for the quiet, vistas and shit.
I also heard his family didn't want a full autopsy, which is their choice, not Alex Jones'.
Also, he wasn't a guest of dick Cheney.

scalia was a good dude. it's really sad that he died. but he was 79. it happens.
