i would recommend reading "male nipples and clitoral ripples" by stephan gould for more information. it's not that we're "born female" that's jsut some obnoxious lay person's idiotic understanding of what someone was trying to tell them. male nipples do not serve a purpose; they offer no selective advantage whatsoever, nor have they ever. They exist because female nipples – which are adaptive – do, and male and female nipples develop from the same embryonic structure. but your genes determine your sex, and it happens at conception. the clitoral ripples part of the essay deals with how the clitoris is analogous to the penis, but, unlike the penis, has no adaptive purpose. the female orgasm isn't adaptive at all, it's rather because of the male penis where it is adaptive
