Still haven't heard a convincing argument for why we should set up a massive govt program to give people $25 once, and $5 per month thereafter.
At this point, I'd almost give someone $30 to make this conversation over.

Not sure I understand what we are arguing here. You can always use a credit union if you are poor. The truly homeless don't use bank accounts anyways.
