I'm opposed to what Galt is saying, but I'm not surprised to see Spider here making an insanely shit argument. "There is no rational or scientific justification for such base bigotry," right after he dismisses the rational and scientific justification for literally no reason. It's not splitting hairs, guy, the arrangement of chromosomes literally determines if you are a man or a woman.

Well we're now arguing over a silly hypothetical. If you have a trans woman who is functionally a woman in every manner but was born male, no one is going to try and stop her from using a women's restroom. The people this law will realistically effect are those who don't conform entirely to what a man/woman is expected to look like.

I think I'm done with this argument.

I'm just about as liberal as they come when it comes to LGBT rights. They should have every right that anyone else has, and people should be prosecuted for discriminating against them, even if what they are doing isn't outright "discrimination", but even has a "discriminating effect".

That said, even I don't really want a person who was born a guy, but now has tits and a vajayjay walking into the bathroom right behind me and my son. Of course, on my scale of "things that are wrong" or "things I dislike", even this rates in importance right there among "I wish my trash day was Monday instead of Wednesday, because I accumulate a lot of trash over the weekend."
