Like any expose, it has it's flaws and it has it's merits.
The batteries are petty but they do apply. So what's dishonest about that?
It points out how cumbersome and ominous higher levels of government control are deleterious.
If you think about how difficult it is to effect change at the lowest level of government, just imagine how difficult it is when it's above that.
Did you take notice of how many people make more than the PM of the UK? What could that many people do that is worth that kind of money?
Absolutely nothing but sip tea and go to meetings and conferences.
Government is top heavy, inefficient, oblivious to real world needs and most of it needs to disappear.
Making a higher level, with less accountability, at greater cost only exasperates the problem of being over governed and over regulated.
