You doubt what? They're obviously using the fact that the Orlando shooter had at least an admiration for ISIS to push this as a politically motivated "vote for this or you're helping the terrorists" bill, just like the tactics the Bush admin used back in the day to get what they wanted.

I doubt they have the ill intentions you ascribe to them (i.e., being willing to push legislation they think is unconstitutional to score political points).

I think they're just sick of the GOP doing whatever the NRA tells them to. I'm also sick of this.

Lots of Democrats have spoken up about the lack of due process and transparency of the terrorist watch list in the past. Do you think they all just had a sudden genuine change of heart at the exact same time?

Maybe. Or perhaps the watch list procedures have changed in a manner we're neglecting or not privy to. Or perhaps as the bodies continue to pile up they've had a change of heart. You're free to speculate and criticize on the basis of your speculation.
