the amount of complaining by people over perceived sexism is ridiculous at this point. like hungary's Hosszu who is absolutely astonishing in the water, they keep on showing her coach and husband, who is very enthusiastic. and at one point they called him "the man responsible for her" and the SJWs losts their shit. of course, he changed her training regime and which things she would sign up for because he's her coach as well as her husband, so absolutely he played a part, unless you think coaches are worthless. yes, she's an amazing athlete. no, they don't become that way in a vacuum.

Yea the sexism crap is over the top. The truth is the Olympics is actually great for womens sports because most people don't understand the sport they are watching so it allows them to see past the technical/athletic deficiencies of most women relative to men and enjoy the spirit of determination and competition more. I don't know shit about gymnastics but USA womens team killed it and it was great to watch. Can't even watch the Womens soccer though because it's apparent they play at the levels of a high school boys team.

I was watching womens weightlifting though and these two girls, China and North Korea, were just going back and forth trading Olympics, and then world records. Shit was cray - China clearing 170kg like it was nbd. Mad respect to the guy weightlifter from North Korea though. On third attempt he could have gone for the normal weight and secured third, or maybe second. He said f**k it and went heavy, didn't come close to lifting it. Guy came for the gold or nothing at all haha
