The ping pong was superb tonight. I bet Kim Jong the minor doesn't kill her and her family for losing to the Chinks and builds a statue of her in some dilapidated city square for all N. Koreans to weep at every four years. Was great TV tonight. Thank you slope nations.

the US anthem at the games is being played with minor chords, causing it to sound defeatist and sad instead of triumphant
now of course, the anthem itself really does end on a question (does that flag still wave over this glroious land? stay tuned to the next verse to find out), so it could be defeatist, but we don't play it that way. we don't sing it that way. what the hell are we having it in the olympics this way for
