23 year old world record smashed by 14 seconds! To put that in context, the old world record was 20 seconds faster than the 2nd quickest time in history prior to this race.
Almaz Ayana shat on the world record and also beat her PB by 50 seconds! It was only the 2nd time she has ever run 10,000m on a track.
