some ancient Greek philosopher, I forget the name, was said to have masturbated publicly, and was proud of doing it, for when confronted with why he was doing it, simply replied that he wished every problem facing a human in life were that easy to solve, and for that reason masturbation should be looked upon as a dignified activity to engage in rather than shameful, if for nothing else than its expediency in solving problems and its utilitarian use. especially in light of the fact that most ordinary people create exponential amounts of problems for themselves, and waste vastly inordinate amounts of time on what basically boils down to satisfying their hormonal and reproductive urges.
