The most important concern I have, right now, is that Trump is not taking intelligence briefings. He appears to have delegated national security authority entirely to Pence, and he has said many times before he doesn't believe the intelligence agencies. Instead, he is getting his information from a variety of sources - likely a mix of fake news sites and social media.
The single most important thing that Americans can accomplish is preventing Trump from meeting or negotiating directly with world leaders, and especially Putin. That is the one thing I fear most - Trump must not be allowed to set the policy of the US in direct negotiations with the Russian government. Putin is everything that Trump supporters wish Trump was... he will eat Trump for lunch, and it scares the living hell out of me to imagine how easily manipulated Trump will be when faced with a man who is infinitely more intelligent, experienced and ruthless than he is.
I don't know if the Constitution allows Congress to interfere with Presidential powers to that degree, but something must be done to prevent him from changing foreign relations. It will be an utter disaster for the country that could take decades to clean up. Not sure what to suggest but perhaps someone here has some ideas.
