I've never actually watched a hockey game in my life... well except for the final 1980 USA Olympic hockey game. If people don't understand what is going on it's boring, boring, boring. That's soccer's problem in the states.

last night was a beautiful thing. it was, until the last 8 seconds when the habs finally scored during a powerplay, 7-0
they had a wonderful little segment about the city of montreal on the jumbotron which a serious narration with images and video behind it of things like flappy headed canadians from south park when talking about the culture of montreal and various french jokes. they aired this when the wild was up 6-0 which is kinda mean but... f**k it. f**k canadiens bringing their french anthem into our arena
here's a stat: In 1 Game, The Wild Scored 10% of Price's Goals Allowed
