neither sweden nor uzbekistan have capital punishment. uzbekistan has a prison called Jaslyk where it has been claimed that they "boil prisoners alive" along with many other forms of torture, while sweden's prisons are relative luxury
by the way the link here https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Jaslyk_Prison it has a link on that page that goes to some random website... it shows what could only be descibed as someone who has indeed been boiled alive. very graphic. but this isn't capital punishment because that would be the actual legal punishment. this is outside of the rule of law

I'm all for the firing squad for certain things. But only after100% proof of guilt is reached. Today its usually faster and more accurate to reach 100% guilty/ not guilty in most cases.
