Comrade, I think Hitler turned to cities and because he was kept out he became obsessed with them. I am saying that the initial push to Moscow would have gone fine and would have thrown the entire USSR into disarray but instead he went to kiev. At Kiev he did capture nearly a million prisoners, but he also did that best Moscow. The problem with the Moscow offensive was it was so late in the year the snow set in.
My point is that had Dunkirk gone badly I think the UK would have been out, leaving Uncle Joe by himself. And had Hitler listened to his generals he would have had Moscow, and with that and no allies for Russia I think it could have gone marvelously for the Reich. I always think that the high level of national unity in USSR is wrong and they should capitulate sooner. Also I get mad at late game performance as well as the absolute horror that is b the peace process so I haven't played in a while.
