For the record:
Russia' response to the new US sanctions and bill that deprives Trump of some power looks pretty weak. It's about on par with Obama throwing out the other diplomats but I think it also underscores what little power Putin has over the US in economic terms (At the moment). They could hack stuff again? Maybe they already have and we just don't know? But on its face, without utilizing an indirect conduit (i.e. European peers more sympathetic to Russian interests or China - which Trump is inciting a conflict with all on his own) Russia has relatively little power or ability to inflict harm on the US outside of military force/hacking.
Thoughts?
