Dany will die next season. Didn't a bunch of Targaryen women die in childbirth, including her own and Jon's? We all know Aegon knocked her up, so she'll be gone. The final episode will be about Aegon trying to muddle through as a single parent.

I've given up on the rest of the books. GRRM is a TV guy who washed out and became a novel guy...then lucked out and got to be a TV guy again. He really doesn't care about writing. And he's 70.
Maybe once GoT is wrapped, he'll get bored with not getting to hang around on set and feel important. Honestly, I'm just looking forward to the whole thing being over with.
Oh wait, of course HBO has another decade worth of spinoff material in the works to keep him distracted...

Calling it. Jaime kills Cersei. (All this has happened before and will happen again.) Probably while he himself is mortally wounded, so he can die draped across her corpse.
