1. Stop using terms like “rape culture” and acting as if men just sit around all day and talk about raping women.
2. Stop circulating wrong facts. There is no 1 in 4 girls sexually assaulted, that puts us on the same level as Uganda and the Congo.
3. Get rid of ridiculous University “panels” who basically investigate to keep it out of the public eye and provide actual due process to victims and the accused. It should be real police, not campus rent-a-cops.
4. Men have to step up and teach young males that assault is wrong, that porn is not real life examples and women are not just sex slaves.
5. Women also need to be careful in social situations and interactions with men, especially when alcohol is involved.
