It is of utmost importance that hockey fans do everything they can to support goons and defy the faggotry of helicopter moms who "just hate" violence. Those who would remove fighting from hockey are creating dangers for players, weakening an important tradition and making the game less entertaining. Even the Great One needs to shut the f**k up about fighting, as Gretzky's career would have been destroyed without Marty McSorley and Messier to watch his back.

well you don't see em like that much anymore. Parise says he owes Seeler a steak dinner though for going at Witkowski, and everyone on the wild was happy about it. which is good to see... wild, their problem is they are built well for the regular season but not so much the post season, so it's nice to see some physicality come out of them

Hits are far more dangerous than fights - 100% agreed there. Especially the types of hits you could get away with in a league without fighting.
