Literally the only thing Trump has done on his own was the tariff thing... Which Congress, by law, allowed for the executive to do. It's Congress' responsibility to take their power back. If they didn't give up power so willingly it would still be working fine. But all Trump does is talk shit all the time. He can't do much of anything
