I saw part of the hearing. As with anything involving the Trump administration and the majority GOP congress, it was something of a spectacle. Nevertheless, as Senator Markey questioned and Pompeo confirmed, there have yet to be nuclear inspectors in North Korea. Further, the details of the agreement continue to have not been made public so we don't have any idea what the time frame for any of the aspects of the freezing of nuclear development and denuclearization are.
It is remarkable to witness Pompeo actually articulate a rational principle: that “diplomacy and engagement are preferable to conflict and hostility”.
