yes it is unfortunate. theoretically a US admin could put the screws to them. but we haven't.
however, trump DID blame saudis for 9/11 in years past, many times, and said he would stop imports of oil from saudi arabia if ever needed to. but he's gone against all of that rhetoric. hell, trump attacked clinton for accepting saudi money, saying that these people "push gays off of buildings" and stuff and shouldn't be connected to such "horrible people". he was ACTUALLY RIGHT about something but has since gone back on it
