even if it's true, and i'm not saying it is, i'm pretty sure i can wave my dick around in privacy of a party all i want without any legal repercussions. i certainly wouldn't call it assault in any way, that's a disturbingly gross mischaracterization by CNN. obviously it would be a matter of character, however, as i said before, i don't like the idea of holding people's career's back due to the misadventures of their youth 2/3rds of the life before
anyway. here's the allegation, fro mthe new yorker
>After six days of carefully assessing her memories and consulting with her attorney, Ramirez said that she felt confident enough of her recollections to say that she remembers Kavanaugh had exposed himself at a drunken dormitory party, thrust his penis in her face, and caused her to touch it without her consent as she pushed him away.
So she actually doesn't really remember, she thinks she does, and feels confident enough about it, but she's been trying to remember. memory is a very unreliable thing you know. we like to think it's super reliable but it's terrible, and it's been 35 years. anyway, even if it was true and he's the guy, she pushed his dick out of the way, from what i'm reading. the guy exposed himself, put his dick near her face and she, disgusted, pushed him. like, this guy was being a total asshole no doubt, but she, in an effort to get away, touched him. if anything, she's the one who assaulted someone else (who may or may not have been kavanaugh)
Americans learn only from catastrophe and not from experience. -- Theodore Roosevelt
My life has become a single, ongoing revelation that I haven’t been cynical enough.
