he's saying that's it's fine to accuse people of whatever publicly but it doesn't matter since no one is filing any charges so you can presume he is guilty and feel nice and smug about it. truthiness is now all that matters. and in this case, it's more important to stop him because he might overturn a ridiculous court decision that has f**k all to do with the constitution. the reasoning? a religious test. look at them all, smug shit eating grin faced f**k, making comments about opus dei and shit. he's not in opus dei, but truth doesn't matter: truthiness matters.
