i don't understand how this guy thought that after 2 years of majority government he didn't get this done that when he has less leverage he'd somehow come out on top

this man said he was willing to hold out for the wall. he thought the democrats would break first. lol. hell, if it was a hilarious spectacle for the super bowl because of all this shit, so many republican senators would go with whatever the democrats offered. and he'd have to veto it with the probability of being overruled. he truly had no way out, and it was all his fault

this national emergency stuff is mostly talk, but dangerous. it only requires majority of both houses to overrule it though, at least
