well the resolution doesn't go into specifics, nor should it, but it does say some pretty wild and completely unrealistic things, like, for example, rebuilding "all buildings" in america. not only is this a waste of resources and would probably cause more climate damage (all that concrete and wood and steel), it also would make so many people mad. not to mention it violates all sorts of laws about preservation of historical places. all she needed to do was take the word "all" out. it allows centrists and policy wonks to work out what that means. we need to rebuild schools here in Minnesota to be better energy efficient, and also have cooling. many schools don't have AC because we don't have school in the summer, but as world warms it gets warmer earlier. that's something that fits, but rebuilding a 50 year old cabin that is open for seasonal use and has a wood burning stove to cook with? no. go f**k yourself
