Louisiana now has the fastest spreading population in the US. This will likely follow in other southern states. Of concern for the residents of these states should be the higher obesity levels, underfunded educational systems, and underfunded healthcare systems. Outside of the major metros in the South there are even higher risks in the more rural areas. Compare the readiness of the West and East Coast with that of the South - this could be a disaster.
