Warnings expire after 30 days. There's nothing that says that 3 warnings must equal a suspension - its simply something to let us know who is breaking forum rules. Suspensions/Penalty Box is at the discretion of the moderator/admin currently.

I will say that we are going to make sure to have very clear rules for the moderators on suspensions. I will hopefully have some time this week to work on it but I am going to be out of town still until Thursday afternoon.
