Boris is clearly the most British. No contest. I saw him refer to someone, it may have even been me, as "old bean." Most all of his posts are riddled with such Britishisms. The name he chose for his account is Boris Johnson for God's sake. He's a good example of why I like the British.

Clarino is very British too though. No doubt about that.
