Bottom line, unless you take every dime you have beyond covering your cost of living and put it in savings and investment, you blow money on stuff you don't need. Maybe you like biking, or playing golf, or hunting, or eating at fine restaurants. Whatever it is, most people have things they like spending money on, and I don't see a need to judge which thing that is.
