Honestly it seems kind of weird to say copyright owners have the right to determine where their products are sold once they sell them... Not even sure how it is a copyright issues at all. I mean, buying something cheaper in one place and selling it for more money elsewhere seems like a pretty basic, elemental part of doing business.

Can anyone tell me how this is a copyright case? I don't get how buying something low and selling it high infringes upon a copyright.
